From the official rules Each Mail-in Entry must be submitted in its own separate envelope that is hand-addressed by the Entrant. Envelopes bearing typed, computer-generated, pre-printed, or otherwise mechanically-produced addresses will be void. Each envelope must bear valid United States postage in the form of adhesive postage stamps; envelopes bearing metered postage, permit imprint indicia, pre-paid shipping labels, or any other automated or bulk postage marking will be void. Each envelope may contain no more than one (1) Mail-in Entry. If Sponsor receives an envelope containing more than one Mail-in Entry, all Mail-in Entries contained in that envelope will be void.
