At the standard rate one free entry is worth what $5 of purchases gets you. We rate it on the lower of the two, because operators often run multiplier promotions.
Paid entry: 1 entry per $5 spent (excl. taxes, shipping and gift cards; item price divided by $5, rounded up); Entry Packs earn the fixed number on the listing
Promotions: Bonus entry promotions (for example, multiplier events) announced on the website, applied to purchases in the stated period. Rules give no bonus for mail-ins.
Winners owe taxes on the prize's value. This is general information, not tax advice.
