   From the official rules If you do not wish to complete the Website registration form, you may enter by hand-printing your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), a valid email address, and the name of the sweepstakes on a plain piece of paper, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Level Interactive, Inc.
