From the official rules On a 3" x 5" card or paper, legibly hand-print: your full name, your complete mailing address, your phone number, your date of birth, your email address. Use a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage. One card per envelope, and each envelope must be mailed separately. Bulk shipments (one package containing multiple cards) will not be accepted. The card and envelope must be hand-printed by you, the Entrant. You may not use any third-party organization or service to assist with the entry process in any way, as determined by the Administrator.
