From the official rules Request a code. Go to flipitfactory.com/pages/entry and submit the requested information. You will receive a unique entry code valid for this Sweepstakes only. One code per request; there is no limit on the number of requests. Mail the card. On a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, and your unique entry code. Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage affixed. Hand-write the applicable multiplier on the back of the envelope. The card and envelope must be hand-printed by the entrant personally; mechanically reproduced entries are void. Each envelope must be mailed separately, and bulk shipments will not be accepted.
